This 60-90minute assessment is a comprehensive look in to your physical and mental health history, unique work, recreation & lifestyle factors, previous physical activity & exercise history, intentions for training and a mobility/movement screen. Additional clinical testing and assessments will be done as needed.
This time allows me to understand how you exist in your body, your body biomechanics/structure, and how your unique experiences, beliefs and understanding influences your movement practice…. It’s a lot of talking!

60 minute movement based Kinesiology sessions. This includes all rehabilitation, strength, behaviour change and surgery prep/recovery sessions.
Session structure is dependent on individual intentions and assessment factors.

$65 + HST | in person & virtual options
30minute movement based Kinesiology sessions. Typically recommended for those with limited movement capacity or low pain thresholds, as well as those who prefer a shorter session- or it is all their schedules allow!

Semi Private Group Sessions:
$35+HST 1 session | $135 + HST 4 session pack | $265 +HST 8 session pack
4 person max, semi-private group training sessions.
Full body strength classes with inclusive and adaptable programming. All levels of skill are welcomed and encouraged! Experience personalized coaching, variations and education in a small group setting. A lower cost option to be able to work with me.

Basic: $140+HST for 4-6 week program block, 1 weekly check in email, 1 included check-in call.
$45+HST for additional check in calls (20-30mins)
$90+HST program block with no check ins, less individualized support.
**All remote & programming clients must complete and Initial Assessment prior to receiving or starting a program block. This will include the cost of your first call to review the program.
Sliding scale options are available for 1:1 sessions.

1:1 Personal Training
Personal training includes all levels of weight lifting, strength, mobility and movement sessions that are in person or virtual. Training in a 1:1 capacity means you receive unique, individualized coaching across whatever movement practice fits your life best and tailored to YOU, your brain and your body. After our assessment we will collaborate on how best to move forward with frequency and session design.
Whether you are looking to learn to lift weights, add structured exercise to your life for the first time, are coming back to a movement practice after time away (for whatever reason), are looking to improve on your knowledge and form in strength training, or want to redefine your relationship to fitness & exercise practices - this is for you!

1:1 Rehabilitation | Chronic Pain Management
These sessions include:
- rehabilitation of new or old injuries that are impacting your ability to engage in exercise or your daily life
-rehabilitation & movement practices and behaviour change/mental skills to support chronic pain / illness managementRehabilitation sessions use evidence-based practices to help you reduce pain, improve function and learn how to support yourself and your body! We will look at how we can support both the specific area of injury and your body systems in improving pain thresholds, building capacity, body awareness and embodied practice. While an injury may be focused in one area of the body, we will take a step back to additionally assess body chains and connections, movement patterns & practice and our relationship to pain and our body.
Chronic pain management sessions use a combination of pain science, embodiment/somatic practice, rehabilitation principles, mental skills, resiliency and both physical activity and exercise. We cannot always stop pain completely, but we can learn to develop skills to manage pain and our relationship to it, navigate the world with varying pain levels, ability and function, and understand our relationship to pain, movement and practice.

Top Surgery Recovery & Prep
Gender affirming top surgery preparation and recovery sessions include a combination of strength and mobility training & rehabilitation work. Research shows that exercising prior to a surgery can lead to improved health outcomes, and additionally a movement practice can help you become more familiar & comfortable in your body and gender expression. Recovery from this surgery requires more than the offered advice of “do not lift your arms above your head or lift more than 10lbs for 12 weeks”- there is alot of supportive work and care that can be done within those first twelve weeks to allow you to build strength, connection and improve mobility to return to your daily activities with confidence. As a registered health care provider, I am confident in my approach to helping you navigate the ins and outs of this surgical process. Please reach out for more information on these sessions. Semi-Private & Small Group Training
With a a maximum of 4 people in each class, these group sessions are designed to offer both a informed, inclusive approach to training and a lower cost option to work together. These classes offer a supportive, encouraging environment to learn how to lift (or improve on existing skill), build and expand on your foundational knowledge of strength training and connect with others. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
Classes are 55minutes and are full body strength (and sometimes ‘conditioning’) sessions. I provide a framework and variations for focus and you get to decide how you engage.
