Designed for folks who have limited OR no experience with strength training

  • A non-judgemental space to try moving in a structured way for the first (or 2nd or 3rd…) time!

  • we increased length to allow for more time for practice this time through!

  • Introduce & practice 5 main movement patterns and different resistance types

  • introduce basic concepts of strength training styles

  • Introduce components of a workout and common terminology used

MIXED LEVEL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS

Designed for those with varying, mixed levels of strength & conditioning experience (some experience is recommended, ALL levels welcomed)

Approximately:

  • 10-15mins warm up & prep work

  • 30mins of strength training

  • 10-15mins of conditioning

  • may include partner challenges, group games/challenges, varied resistance types and training modalities
