TORONTO QUEER & TRANS WORKOUT CLUB
A community driven and values-based workout club designed for ALL levels!
The Toronto Queer & Trans Workout Club (QTWC) has a weekly strength & conditioning Class (6 people max) and runs monthly pop up workouts of all kinds around the city of Toronto. These include our Beginner ONLY Class, Strength & Conditioning Class and Mobility & Stretch Class. We are hoping to explore NEW movement styles and class types SOON!
QTWC was created by Val Gerlings and designed with community input and feedback…and we’d love for you to join us!
QTWC is a space that centres bodies as they are and people as more than just their bodies.
A space that we can all show up authentically and share in connection, strength, power and education.
A space that is safe(r) and recognizes the harm of traditional toxic fitness- culture and actively works against it.
A space where you can workout (or learn to workout or try something new) without judgement and with like-minded (and probably very cool) Queer & Trans humans.
