Introduce & practice 5 main movement patterns and different resistance types
introduce basic concepts of strength training styles
Introduce components of a workout and common terminology used
MIXED LEVEL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS

Designed for those with varying, mixed levels of strength & conditioning experience (some experience is recommended, ALL levels welcomed)
Approximately:
10-15mins warm up & prep work
30mins of strength training
10-15mins of conditioning
may include partner challenges, group games/challenges, varied resistance types and training modalities
